Conducted between March 2023 and March 2024, the study surveyed 9,582 passengers who flew on a major North American airline. The results underscore Southwest's commitment to its customers, as highlighted by Tony Roach, Southwest’s senior vice president & chief customer officer. He emphasizes that Southwest’s product offerings, flexibility, and world-class hospitality drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
In addition to this recognition, Southwest has earned the No. 1 spot on Newsweek's 2024 America's Best Customer Service list in the Airlines and Low-Cost Airlines subcategories, and a place on Newsweek's America's Most Responsible Companies list for the second year in a row.
