Experience the Magic of the 2024 Holiday Season at Disneyland Resort

The holiday season is just around the corner, and there’s no place more enchanting to celebrate than the Disneyland Resort! Beginning November 15, 2024, the resort transforms into a winter wonderland, filled with festive décor, delicious treats, and holiday entertainment. Whether you’re planning your first Disneyland trip or returning to relive cherished traditions, this holiday season promises unforgettable memories for the whole family.

New Holiday Magic Awaits

This year, Disneyland Resort is unveiling new holiday experiences that are sure to delight! Starting at Disneyland Park, you’ll find Santa Claus visiting the Fantasyland Theatre for photos and festive activities like cookie decorating and craft making. Santa will also be making appearances across the resort at places like Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure Park, as well as at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, and Pixar Place Hotel through December 24.

Be on the lookout for Mickey and Minnie Mouse, who will debut charming new holiday outfits inspired by the warmth of writing letters to loved ones. Plus, throughout Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, your favorite Disney characters will spread holiday cheer as they make special appearances.

For even more family fun, explore Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail in Downtown Disney District from November 22 to January 1, 2025. You can purchase an activity map to search for hidden ornaments among the beautifully decorated holiday trees and redeem your map for a collectible keepsake at the end.

Savor Holiday Flavors

What’s a holiday trip without festive treats? Disneyland Resort will offer limited-time holiday-themed food and drinks across the parks, including the return of the fan-favorite Mickey Gingerbread. For a special treat, visit Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel for its seasonal holiday menu starting November 19. And for the first time, Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party will be held at Storytellers Café, where you can enjoy breakfast or brunch in a whimsical, holiday-themed setting.

Festive Décor and Entertainment

Every corner of the Disneyland Resort will be decked out in sparkling holiday décor, perfect for family photos. Don’t miss the breathtaking nightly performance of “Believe...In Holiday Magic,” a fireworks spectacular that lights up the sky while “snow” gently falls over Main Street, U.S.A.

At Disney California Adventure, experience the festive nighttime show “World of Color – Season of Light”, where hundreds of fountains dance to holiday music. Attractions like “it’s a small world” Holiday and Haunted Mansion Holiday will also receive seasonal overlays, making them even more magical for the season.

For a touch of cultural celebration, visit Disney ¡Viva Navidad! at Paradise Gardens in Disney California Adventure, featuring daily crafts, live music, and a street party that showcases vibrant Latin American traditions.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure – Opening November 15

Adding to the holiday excitement, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will officially open at Disneyland Park on November 15. Join Princess Tiana and her jazz-loving friends in this exciting new attraction, where you’ll be immersed in the rich storytelling of “The Princess and the Frog” as you journey through the lively bayou.
