Travel Tips for January
Disneyland: January is a great time to visit Disneyland, especially after the holiday crowds begin to taper off. The Christmas season typically runs through early January, which means you may still catch holiday decor and seasonal overlays at the start of the month.
Expect cool mornings and evenings, especially in the early hours and after sunset. Pack layers like hoodies and light jackets so you can adjust throughout the day. January is also when some attractions may close temporarily for refurbishment, so checking park calendars ahead of time is key when planning your days.
Walt Disney World: January brings some of the most pleasant weather of the year to Walt Disney World. Cooler temperatures and lower humidity make long park days much more comfortable. While rain is less frequent, it is still a good idea to pack a poncho just in case. Enjoy the EPCOT Festival of the Arts from January 16 - February 23. It's a celebration of art, song, food, and dance that is sure to be enjoyed by all.
